According as he hath chosenusinhimbefore the foundation of the world, that we should beholyand without blamebeforehiminlove:

Having predestinatedusunto the adoption of childrenbyJesusChristtohimself, accordingto the good pleasure of hiswill,
6To the praise of the glory of hisgrace, wherein he hath madeusacceptedin the beloved.
7Inwhom we haveredemptionthroughhisblood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of hisgrace;
8Wherein he hath aboundedtowardusinallwisdomandprudence;

Having made known unto us the mystery of hiswill, according tohis good pleasurewhich he hath purposedinhimself:

That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together inone all thingsinChrist, bothwhich are inheaven, andwhich are onearth; even inhim:
11Inwhomalso we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all thingsafter the counsel of his ownwill:
12Thatwe should beto the praise of hisglory, who first trustedinChrist.
13Inwhomyealso trusted, after that yeheard the word of truth, the gospel of yoursalvation: inwhomalso after that yebelieved, ye were sealed with that holySpirit of promise,
14Whichis the earnest of ourinheritanceuntil the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of hisglory.
15Wherefore I also, after I heardofyourfaithin the LordJesus, andloveuntoall the saints,
16Ceasenot to give thanksforyou, makingmention of youinmyprayers;
17That the God of ourLordJesusChrist, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdomandrevelationin the knowledge of him:

The eyes of yourunderstanding being enlightened; thatye may knowwhatis the hope of hiscalling, andwhat the riches of the glory of hisinheritancein the saints,
19Andwhat is the exceedinggreatness of hispowertous-wardwhobelieve, according to the working of hismightypower,
20Which he wroughtinChrist, when he raisedhimfrom the dead, andsethimat his own right handin the heavenly places,

Far aboveallprincipality, andpower, andmight, anddominion, andeveryname that is named, notonlyinthisworld, butalsoin that which is to come:
22And hath putall things underhisfeet, andgavehim to be the headoverall things to the church,
23Whichishisbody, the fulness of him that fillethallinall.
