Andblessedis he, whosoevershallnot be offendedinme.
Andas they departed, Jesusbegan to say unto the multitudesconcerningJohn, What went ye out into the wilderness to see? A reedshakenwith the wind?
Butwhat went ye out for to see? A manclothedinsoftraiment?behold, they that wearsoft clothing areinkings' houses.

Then began he to upbraid the citieswhereinmost of his mighty works were done, because they repentednot:
Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! forif the mighty works, which were doneinyou, had been doneinTyreandSidon, they would have repented long agoinsackclothandashes.
But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for TyreandSidonat the day of judgment, than for you.
Andthou, Capernaum, which art exalteduntoheaven, shalt be brought downtohell: forif the mighty works, which have been doneinthee, had been doneinSodom, it would have remaineduntil this day.
But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodomin the day of judgment, than for thee.
AtthattimeJesusansweredandsaid, I thankthee, O Father, Lord of heavenandearth, because thou hast hid these thingsfrom the wiseandprudent, and hast revealedthem unto babes.
