1Whenhe was come downfrom the mountain, greatmultitudesfollowedhim.
2And, behold, there came a leper and worshippedhim, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canstmakemeclean.
3AndJesus put forthhishand, andtouchedhim, saying, I will; be thou clean. Andimmediatelyhisleprosy was cleansed.
4AndJesussaith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shewthyself to the priest, andoffer the giftthatMosescommanded, for a testimony unto them.
5AndwhenJesus was enteredintoCapernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseechinghim,
6Andsaying, Lord, myservantliethathome sick of the palsy, grievouslytormented.
7AndJesussaith unto him, I will comeandhealhim.

The centurionansweredandsaid, Lord, I amnotworthythat thou shouldest comeundermyroof: butspeak the wordonly, andmyservant shall be healed.
9ForIam a manunderauthority, havingsoldiersunderme: andIsay to thisman, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to myservant, Dothis, and he doeth it.
10WhenJesusheard it, he marvelled, andsaid to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I havenotfound so greatfaith, no, notinIsrael.
11And I say unto you, Thatmany shall comefrom the eastandwest, and shall sit downwithAbraham, andIsaac, andJacob, in the kingdom of heaven.
12But the children of the kingdom shall be cast outintoouterdarkness: there shall beweepingandgnashing of teeth.
13AndJesussaid unto the centurion, Go thy way; andas thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. Andhisservant was healedin the selfsamehour.
14And when Jesus was comeinto Peter's house, he sawhis wife's motherlaid, and sick of a fever.
15And he touchedherhand, and the feverlefther: and she arose, andministered unto them.
16When the even was come, they brought unto himmany that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, andhealedall that weresick:

That it might be fulfilled which was spokenbyEsaias the prophet, saying, Himselftookourinfirmities, andbareoursicknesses.
18Now when Jesussawgreatmultitudesabouthim, he gave commandment to departunto the other side.
19And a certainscribecame, andsaid unto him, Master, I will followtheewhithersoever thou goest.
20AndJesussaith unto him, The foxeshaveholes, and the birds of the airhavenests; but the Son of manhathnotwhere to lay his head.
21Andanother of hisdisciplessaid unto him, Lord, suffermefirst to goandburymyfather.
22ButJesussaid unto him, Followme; andlet the deadburytheirdead.
23And when he was enteredinto a ship, hisdisciplesfollowedhim.
24And, behold, there arose a greattempestin the sea, insomuch that the ship was coveredwith the waves: buthe was asleep.
25Andhisdisciplescame to him, andawokehim, saying, Lord, saveus: we perish.
26And he saith unto them, Why are yefearful, O ye of little faith?Then he arose, andrebuked the windsand the sea; and there was a greatcalm.
27But the menmarvelled, saying, What manner of manisthis, thateven the windsand the seaobeyhim!
28And when he was cometo the other sideinto the countryof the Gergesenes, there methimtwo possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceedingfierce, so thatnomanmightpassbythatway.
29And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do withthee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou comehither to tormentusbefore the time?
30And there was a good way offfromthem an herd of manyswinefeeding.
31So the devilsbesoughthim, saying, If thou castusout, sufferus to go awayinto the herd of swine.
32And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they wentinto the herd of swine: and, behold, the wholeherd of swine ran violentlydown a steep placeinto the sea, andperishedin the waters.
33And they that kept them fled, and went their waysinto the city, andtold every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils.
34And, behold, the wholecity came outtomeetJesus: and when they sawhim, they besoughthimthat he would departoutoftheircoasts.
