1Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that enterethnotby the doorinto the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the sameis a thiefand a robber.
2But he that entereth inby the dooris the shepherd of the sheep.

To him the porteropeneth; and the sheephearhisvoice: and he callethhisownsheepbyname, andleadeththemout.
4Andwhen he putteth forthhisownsheep, he goethbeforethem, and the sheepfollowhim: for they knowhisvoice.
5And a stranger will theynotfollow, but will fleefromhim: fortheyknownot the voice of strangers.
6ThisparablespakeJesus unto them: buttheyunderstoodnot what thingstheywerewhich he spake unto them.
7ThensaidJesus unto themagain, Verily, verily, Isay unto you, Iam the door of the sheep.
8All that evercamebeforemearethievesandrobbers: but the sheepdidnothearthem.
9Iam the door: bymeif any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go inandout, andfindpasture.

The thiefcomethnot, but for tosteal, andtokill, andtodestroy: I am comethat they might havelife, andthat they might have it more abundantly.
11Iam the goodshepherd: the goodshepherdgivethhislifefor the sheep.
12But he that is an hireling, andnot the shepherd, whoseown the sheeparenot, seeth the wolfcoming, andleaveth the sheep, andfleeth: and the wolfcatcheththem, andscattereth the sheep.

The hirelingfleeth, because he is an hireling, andcarethnotfor the sheep.
14Iam the goodshepherd, andknowmy sheep, andamknownofmine.
15As the Fatherknowethme, even soknowI the Father: andI lay downmylifefor the sheep.
16AndothersheepIhave, whicharenotofthisfold: them alsoImustbring, and they shall hearmyvoice; and there shall beonefold, andoneshepherd.
