For the kingdom of heavenislike unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hirelabourersintohisvineyard.
And when he had agreedwith the labourersfor a penny a day, he sentthemintohisvineyard.
And he went outabout the thirdhour, andsawothersstandingidlein the marketplace,
Andsaid unto them; Goyealsointo the vineyard, andwhatsoeverisright I will giveyou. And they went their way.
Again he went outabout the sixthandninthhour, anddidlikewise.
Andabout the eleventhhour he went out, andfoundothersstandingidle, andsaith unto them, Why stand yehereall the dayidle?

They say unto him, Because no man hath hiredus. He saith unto them, Goyealsointo the vineyard; andwhatsoeverisright, that shall yereceive.
So when even was come, the lord of the vineyardsaithuntohissteward, Call the labourers, andgivethem their hire, beginningfrom the lastunto the first.
And when they came that were hired about the eleventhhour, they received every man a penny.
But when the firstcame, they supposedthat they should have receivedmore; and they likewisereceived every man a penny.
And when they had received it, they murmuredagainst the goodman of the house,
Saying, Theselast have wrought but onehour, and thou hast madethemequal unto us, which have borne the burdenandheat of the day.
But he answeredone of them, and said, Friend, I dotheenowrong: didstnot thou agree with me for a penny?
Take that thine is, and go thy way: I willgive unto thislast, evenas unto thee.
Is it notlawful for me to dowhatIwillwith mine own?Isthineeyeevil, becauseIamgood?
So the last shall befirst, and the firstlast: formanybecalled, butfewchosen.
AndJesus going uptoJerusalemtook the twelvedisciplesapartin the way, andsaid unto them,
Behold, we go uptoJerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priestsand unto the scribes, and they shall condemnhimtodeath,
And shall deliverhimto the Gentilestomock, andtoscourge, andtocrucifyhim: and the thirdday he shall rise again.
Thencame to him the mother of Zebedee's childrenwithhersons, worshippinghim, anddesiring a certainthing of him.
And he said unto her, What wilt thou? She saith unto him, Grantthatthesemytwosons may sit, the oneonthy right hand, and the otheron the left, inthykingdom.
ButJesusansweredandsaid, Ye knownotwhat ye ask. Are ye able to drinkof the cupthatIshalldrinkof, and to be baptizedwith the baptismthatI am baptizedwith? They say unto him, We are able.
And he saith unto them, Ye shall drinkindeedofmycup, and be baptizedwith the baptismthatI am baptizedwith: but to sitonmy right hand, andonmyleft, isnotmine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it ispreparedofmyFather.
And when the tenheard it, they were moved with indignationagainst the twobrethren.
ButJesuscalledthem unto him, andsaid, Ye knowthat the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion overthem, and they that are great exercise authority uponthem.
But it shallnotbesoamongyou: butwhosoeverwillbegreatamongyou, let him beyourminister;
Andwhosoeverwillbechiefamongyou, let him beyourservant:

Even as the Son of mancamenot to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to givehislife a ransomformany.
And as theydepartedfromJericho, a greatmultitudefollowedhim.
And, behold, two blind mensittingby the wayside, when they heardthatJesus passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.
And the multituderebukedthem, because they should hold their peace: but they cried the more, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou Son of David.
AndJesus stood still, andcalledthem, andsaid, What will ye that I shall do unto you?

They say unto him, Lord, thatoureyes may be opened.
SoJesus had compassion on them, andtouchedtheireyes: andimmediatelytheireyes received sight, and they followedhim.
