1And there was givenme a reedlike unto a rod: and the angelstood, saying, Rise, andmeasure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worshiptherein.
2But the courtwhich is without the templeleaveout, andmeasureitnot; forit is given unto the Gentiles: and the holycity shall they tread under footfortyandtwomonths.
3And I will give power unto mytwowitnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousandtwohundredandthreescoredays, clothed insackcloth.
4Theseare the twoolive trees, and the twocandlesticksstandingbefore the God of the earth.
5And if any manwillhurtthem, fireproceedeth out oftheirmouth, anddevoureththeirenemies: and if any manwillhurtthem, he must in this manner be killed.
6Thesehavepowertoshutheaven, that it rainnotin the days of theirprophecy: andhavepoweroverwaterstoturnthemtoblood, andtosmite the earth with allplagues, asoftenas they will.
7Andwhen they shall have finishedtheirtestimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall makewaragainstthem, and shall overcomethem, andkillthem.
8Andtheir dead bodies shall lie in the street of the greatcity, whichspiritually is calledSodomandEgypt, wherealsoourLord was crucified.
9Andtheyof the peopleandkindredsandtonguesandnationsshallseetheir dead bodiesthreedaysand an half, andshallnotsuffertheir dead bodies to be putingraves.
10And they that dwellupon the earth shall rejoiceoverthem, and make merry, and shall sendgifts one to another; becausethesetwoprophetstormentedthem that dwelton the earth.
11Andafterthreedaysand an half the Spirit of lifefromGodenteredintothem, and they stoodupontheirfeet; andgreatfearfelluponthem which sawthem.
12And they heard a greatvoicefromheavensaying unto them, Come uphither. And they ascended uptoheavenin a cloud; andtheirenemiesbeheldthem.
13And the samehour was there a greatearthquake, and the tenth part of the cityfell, andin the earthquakewereslain of menseventhousand: and the remnantwereaffrighted, andgaveglory to the God of heaven.

The secondwoe is past; and, behold, the thirdwoecomethquickly.
15And the seventhangelsounded; and there weregreatvoicesinheaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of ourLord, and of hisChrist; and he shall reignforeverandever.
16And the fourandtwentyelders, whichsatbeforeGodontheirseats, fellupontheirfaces, andworshippedGod,
17Saying, We givetheethanks, O LordGodAlmighty, whichart, andwast, andart to come; because thou hast taken to theethygreatpower, and hast reigned.
18And the nations were angry, andthywrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest givereward unto thyservants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fearthyname, smallandgreat; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
19And the temple of God was openedinheaven, and there was seeninhistemple the ark of histestament: and there werelightnings, andvoices, andthunderings, and an earthquake, andgreathail.
